This book is written to help anyone interested in knowing and understanding what spiritual capital is and how to develop it. The book discusses how those interested in gaining a deeper insight into the spiritual dimension of life can objectively plumb the inner reaches of the core of inner being. It is argued that to strengthen relationships and enhance the quality of life, people must hone their spiritual capital. Since spiritual capital is sine qua non to the attainment of a satisfying lifestyle, improved quality of life, and a nonviolent community environment, it is imperative to create a fertile and propelling educational environment within which people can develop their own spiritual capital.
Until we consider animal life to be worthy of the consideration and reverence we bestow upon old books and pictures and historic monuments, there will always be the animal refugee living a precarious life on the edge of extermination, dependent for existence on the charity of a few human beings.
Love is not patronizing and charity isn't about pity, it is about love. Charity and love are the same -- with charity you give love, so don't just give money but reach out your hand instead.
