Dr. Adjibolosoo reasons that "without quality people, it is impossible to make any institutions work as effectively as possible." The institutions of our society include Family, Economy, Government/Politics, Law, Religion, and Education. These institutions will be more successful only after Human Factor Qualities guide each one of us as institutional custodians along our shared Human Journey.
Our flagship academy in Ghana is a glowing example of how Human Factor curriculum develops intelligent leaders with strong moral character and the ability to transform lives in communities and worldwide.
Building on the success of our academy, we envision a global campus that provides Human Factor-based education at all levels, including pre-school, exchange programs, trade schools and teacher training.LEARN MORE
